At Wake Forest University, you will begin a journey of discovery, where you will work through challenges, develop skills, and envision a future that will impact the world. Your faculty members will invite you to analyze, create, and question in ways that will engage and inspire you inside and outside of the classroom. From the moment of stepping on to campus at Wake Forest, the overall engaging environment allowed me to feel connected to my peers in ways that I never felt before. I enjoyed the scenery and the calming nature around that could keep me at peace despite anything going on in my personal life. Wake Forest places brilliant scholars in their school who helped sharpen my intelligence this past year. Understanding the precious opportunity that attending Wake Forest holds, I was able to create meaningful relationships this past year that I hope to maintain for the rest of my life. The overall experience was pleasant, but I do believe that the Wake Forest community could benefit from expressing the events across campus more often.

My 4 years at Wake were transformative and helped to shape who I was as a student and who I am today. The resources, faulty, campus life, and access were incredible and are aspects that all students need to take advantage of!

My experience at Wake Forest is something I would never go back and change. As a student who studied Environment and Sustainability Studies and Spanish, I had a very positive academic experience. I was able to build personal relationships with most of my professors since my classes had about 20 students. I also enjoyed the social aspects of being a student at Wake Forest. There was always some type of event happening on campus whether it be athletic, extracurricular, philanthropic, or just fun. I was also a member of a sorority which heavily contributed to my social life. I met most of my close friends in my sorority which made for an even richer experience. The surrounding area of Winston-Salem is also growing, so there are many fun restaurants and cafes to try.
