This was the worse customer service I have had. The lady who did my pedicure did such a sloppy job. First off, she left nail polish on my toes from my last pedicure. I had to ask her to completely take off the old polish. Second, she cut my toes nails so low they look weird. I don’t know if she was rushing but I’m so disappointed. Third, she kept asking if I wanted gel polish and I told her not today, she end up doing gel polish and charged me $55. The price is not the issue. It’s the principle behind it. I have loved coming here and have been for years but I don’t think I’ll be back.

If i could give it a 0 I would, I went for a Gel Manicure and Pedicure. I had an older gentleman do my pedicure and a middle age man did my manicure. The pedicure felt rushed, the guy did not understand what I was trying to tell him and the massage chairs were missing buttons, old and dirty. The manicure was the worst, the technician was very rude and rough with my hands, ended up breaking a nail and “tried” to fix it, the work looks sloppy. They charged $60 for the pedicure and tried to charge me full price for the manicure. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I also did not see them clean the nail tools after each use and one of the workers blew his nose and did not wash his hands.

The atmosphere is amazing..I felt relaxed and calm. First nail salon I’ve seen where no kids were around. Nails were done quick and correctly with no problems. The thread bar for eye brows is amazing (she also waxes if that’s your choice as well). No issues what so ever and this was my first visit. I hope to come back to see and feel the same thing.

The guy did my nails so thin. Added $10 without saying anything for “long nails”. They’re not even long. $52 just for full set and REGULAR POLISH. not even gel. I felt very unwelcomed. The nail tech seemed like he had an attitude and kept pulling my hand.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. 0/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This will be my 3 time I’ve had a problem with them. EACH TIME NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER A NAIL BROKE OR THE POLISH CAME OFF. I get gel on my toes and hands with the acrylic sets. The first time my gel came off my toes within a couple days. Then the 2nd time. I went to Nuki one of the ladies that do the customize nails and one of my nails came off the NEXT day. Then my most recent. Complaint was recently I got my nails done MAY 10th to be exact. And not even 3 days later. My nails look like this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ll pay whatever for my nails and toes.just so they can look good. But for it not too last me two weeks. I CANT. Horrible place. Below I’ll attach pictures.

Critical:QualityI went on Thursday to get a full Gel Set. By Tuesday, 4 nails fell off. I went back on Wednesday to get my nails fixed and they couldn’t find the color to match my original ombré set so they used a lighter color. Grand opening they offered wine with Services. I got a fresh mani/pedi Friday. It began to fall apart saturday and when I went back for a retouch sunday. I was brought a Dixie cup…yes a mouthwash paper cup with wine. Then they had the audacity to even mention me paying for a same color gel polish change I love my nail gal Victoria but the only tip I had for her was to go work at a classier salon.
